Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Creative Wagons. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Orders are processed asap typically within 1-3 business days. Customers are welcome to call or email about shipping times before and/or after orders are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Due to current circumstances and high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience. Customers are always welcome to inquire about current estimates.

 

Wagon Shipping Methods

Arcade Shipping Methods

Free Freight (4 to 5 Weeks): Your arcade will be delivered strapped to a pallet and dropped off on your driveway. **The carrier drivers will not help bring it in.**

Shipped within 5-7 Business Days [$500] (Custom Artwork Additional 4 Business Days): Your arcade will be delivered strapped to a pallet and dropped off on your driveway. **The carrier drivers will not help bring it in.**

White Glove Delivery [$600]: Your arcade will be delivered, unpacked, moved to the room of your choice inside the building, and assembled (if assembly required). **White Glove Delivery does not include assembling stools or taking away packing materials.

Arcade Machines are shipped via freight or our own drivers. The timing of when our drivers are in and out varies and does not follow the UPS estimated delivery times.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipped next Business Day [$800] (Custom Artwork Additional 4 Business Days): Your arcade will be delivered strapped to a pallet and dropped off on your driveway. **The carrier drivers will not help bring it in.**

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses Custom Folding Wagons ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Call first to arrange. Additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Custom Folding Wagons is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

 

Damages

Custom Folding Wagons is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take photos/video before opening box if shipping damage is obvious.
